How long does it take to fill the tub after getting inside?
Since there is a short distance between the tub door and the bottom, you can pre-fill the tub with about 2 to 3 inches of water before stepping in. Once you are inside and the door is closed, it takes about 8 minutes of filling for the water to cover your body. You can also use the showerhead to rinse yourself and stay warm when you first get into the tub.
Do I have to wait long for it to drain?
No. We use a high-flow system that drains water quickly so you can exit sooner.
Will it fit through my door?
Yes. It fits standard home doorways without the need to remove walls.
Is the step-in really low?
