At Living Caring, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the information below before placing your order.

 

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Free Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

In some cases, orders may be reviewed before shipment for address, payment, or order verification.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Orders canceled after 12 hours but before processing may be subject to a 7% processing fee.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors beyond our control after shipment.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

If an order is shipped in multiple packages, tracking may be provided separately for each package.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

We only ship to the address entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is complete and accurate before the order is submitted.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Once order processing has begun, the shipping address may no longer be changed.

 

Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal by the recipient, or another address-related issue:

The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Any original shipping charge paid for special services, if applicable, is non-refundable.

Return shipping fees or handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

If you notice an address issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Lost, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 72 hours may be difficult to verify and may not be eligible for refund or other resolution under our policy.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • An unboxing video, if available

Additional evidence may be required before a resolution is provided.

Any verified shipping-related issue will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

 

Packages Marked as Delivered

If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your delivery area

Check with household members, neighbors, mail rooms, front desks, or building management

Contact us promptly with your order number and delivery details

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it will be treated as delivered for shipping record purposes. Assistance may still be provided where possible, but claims may be limited depending on the carrier record and available supporting information.

 

Returns Related to Shipping Issues

Do not send any item back without prior approval.

All returns must be approved before they are shipped back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or may not be eligible for a refund.
