How long does it take to receive my itemized receipt?
Simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us. We will email your itemized receipt as a PDF, typically within 24 hours.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card to pay directly?
We currently do not accept HSA/FSA cards as a direct payment method. Please use an available payment method at checkout. After your purchase, you may request an itemized receipt for submission to your HSA/FSA plan administrator.
What if my reimbursement request is not approved?
Eligibility and reimbursement decisions are determined by your HSA/FSA plan administrator. Living Caring provides itemized purchase documentation only and does not determine eligibility or guarantee reimbursement. Reimbursement decisions do not change our standard return and refund policy.
