Easy to install customer complete satisfied

This was exactly what I needed! Easy to assemble and the handrails add safety. I haven’t figured out how it is foldable yet but so glad I purchased. So pleased with it, we bought another one!

Mom has Parkinson's so it is difficult for her to sit on a low seat. The extra 6" this seat affords makes all the difference in the world for her safe seating.The seat is made of a hard plastic so it is durable, easy to clean and lightweight. It fits standard toilets and is very easy to install.

Does exactly what it says. Although we elected not to put the gel cushion in, it would be a good addition for those with limited padding on the back side. Built very well and provides additional stability for our mother. Independence for the aging is what everyone wants, and this gives us the extra peace of mind we want to know she has.

I had a huge ottoman in my small walk in closet and was looking for something smaller. This seat is perfect! It is extremely well made and beautiful. It comes with a template to help with the install, but I ended up not using it. I used my stud finder to find the studs and thankfully they were in a great spot. I held the seat up with the level on top, and once level, pre-drilled the holes and then screwed the seat in. It is not super deep, but perfect for my requirements. I am going to get another one and put it inside the door of my garage so I can sit down and take off my muddy shoes. This folding seat has so many more uses than just in a shower. I highly recommend it.

This is a great shower chair. It comes with clear instructions (which I really appreciate). It was easy to assemble. I like how easy it is to adjust the height of the chair. The padded seat and back are a great addition (one my mother really appreciates). It is great that it comes with suction cup feet as well as the regular feet (smaller). I used the suction cup feet. The chair is stable in her tub. The clip for the showerhead is a great feature (something so small makes a big difference). It is a sturdy chair. It is easy to clean. It also comes with a grab bar. This chair is just what my mother needed. I am very pleased with the look, sturdiness, and quality.

Good quality shower seat. Clear directions. The cut out section in the front is great. Comes with suction feet and regular tips. The stick-on blue padding is nice. Bonus grab bar included.

Easy to install

Great product but like others have said the instructions stink. I only used them to find the spacing between the bottom pivot point and the top strut placement. Other than that it"s useless. I chose to add a pillow and blanket storage on top because when you fold it those have to be taken off.

The hardware I would say is top notch. However the instructions were horrible. They could have added measurements to mount the gas struts that help you open and close bed. A little extra time spent figuring it out but happy with the overall results

I had knee surgery and someone suggested I buy this. Wow! What a game changer!! Who thought 4'' would be so important but it was. I was able to get up on my own. And it helped with the pain because I didn't have to struggle to get up.

I have two toilets in my house and a few years ago I had one replaced with a taller elongated bowl that I've gotten very used to. So I got this to raise up my standard toilet to a respectable height for my age. It seems to be made of a very sturdy but not high end plastic. It will do.The instructions had me a bit baffled as to whether or not I needed to remove my current seat and cover. Apparently after reading and re-reading, they can stay on but I decided to remove them for visual and cleaning purposes, I don't need more hidden crevices to try and clean. And actually, this seat is easy to remove if you desire to do that when you clean your toilet. I got the 4" riser but now after removing my current seat and back, I think I could have gotten the 6" one for more height. Well, for now, this will do, nice to have the extra height, the toilet seat fits well, is comfortable and it makes standing easier.
